Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://ownpathmaternalsupport.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.
Services. OwnPath Maternal Support provides Birth Doula Services, Postpartum Doula Services, Labor Support Services, Prenatal Support, Birth Preparation Services, Home Birth Support, Lactation Support Services and related services. Service descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes; specific scope, pricing, and timelines are confirmed in writing prior to engagement.
Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. OwnPath Maternal Support (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.
Account Closure. OwnPath Maternal Support reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. OwnPath Maternal Support makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.
Cap on Damages. Liability of OwnPath Maternal Support arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold OwnPath Maternal Support harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. CA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of CA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Updates. OwnPath Maternal Support reserves the right to update these Terms. The current version is always available on this Site, and continued use signifies acceptance.
